Jeff was born Hagerstown, Maryland and raised in Lansing, Michigan. He was the first Maryland native to play in the National Hockey League.
He started his National Hockey League career with the Hartford Whalers in 1979. Well known for his rambunctious style of play, he would also skate with the Montreal Canadiens, Calgary Flames, Toronto Maple Leafs, Edmonton Oilers, New York Rangers, and Detroit Red Wings. He retired after the 1989 season.
Jeff began his coaching career in the ECHL with the 1989-90 Greensboro Monarchs, winning the league championship that same year.
At Players Capital Group we are particularly interested in cultivating and developing relationships with our colleagues in the legal, banking and accounting world. In these highly regulated industries is is hard for one to distinguish themselves from competitors. Our strategies will make you a lot more than just an expensive necessity but rather a driver for your client’s growth.
